These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by toyal188 ("Platform"). This document takes effect from the date you first register or use any toyal188 service.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country.
• Personal use: A toyal188 account is for personal use only and must not be used on behalf of any third party.
• One account only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at toyal188. Owning more than one account is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of all winnings and balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information in your profile is accurate and updated whenever changes occur;
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential;
• Do not share account access with any other party;
• Notify toyal188 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account through our customer support.

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory for withdrawing winnings and claiming certain bonuses. Required documents may include your national ID (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This process is completed entirely within the toyal188 app for your convenience.

Toyal188 supports a variety of secure and trusted payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed through a payment gateway protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 10 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.
• Processing time: Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Legitimate funds: You must only use funds from legitimate sources registered in your own name when making deposits.
• Refunds: Deposits credited to a gaming account are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis by toyal188 management.

Wins you earn at toyal188 may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: Withdrawals are only processed once your KYC verification is complete. This is a security measure to ensure winnings are paid to the rightful account holder.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. VIP Diamond members enjoy processing in under one hour.
• Bonus rollover requirement: Wins obtained using bonus credits are subject to the rollover requirements specified for each promotion. Withdrawals are only permitted once the rollover requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawal to own account: All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. toyal188 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Toyal188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals while conducting security checks if there is activity that is suspicious or inconsistent with the account's normal usage patterns.

Toyal188 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion on the Promotions ours.

General terms that apply to all toyal188 bonuses:

• Rollover requirement: Each bonus has a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. The required rollover amount is clearly stated for each promotion.
• One bonus at a time: Members may only activate one type of deposit bonus at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are only eligible for use in specific game categories. This is stated in the terms of each promotion.
• One claim per member: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion may only be claimed once per member, per household, and per IP address.

All games available at toyal188 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent regulatory bodies. This ensures every spin, hand, or turn is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is as determined by the respective game provider and displayed in the game information.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay, toyal188 will make a fair determination based on system records. toyal188's system decisions are final in all cases of technical disruption.
• Members are not permitted to use automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to assist in gameplay.

The following are strictly prohibited on the toyal188 Platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Registering or owning more than one active account;
• Using another person's identity or providing false personal information;
• Engaging in money laundering activities or using the Platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors for unauthorised gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using automation software, bots, or artificial intelligence systems in gameplay;
• Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing other members or toyal188 support staff;
• Abusing the bonus system through hedging strategies or opposing wagers designed to guarantee profit without genuine risk.

By toyal188: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is a breach of this Agreement or for reasonable security grounds. In the case of a Section 8 violation, no prior notice is required and all balances and wins may be forfeited.

By Member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the toyal188 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) that meets the minimum withdrawal requirement will be processed for withdrawal once KYC is verified.

Self-Exclusion: toyal188 provides a self-exclusion option for members who wish to take a break or need help managing their gaming habits. For more information, please refer to the Responsible Gaming ours.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Toyal188 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control;
• Toyal188 makes no guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, or meet all of your requirements;
• Toyal188's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposit amount in the 30-day period preceding the relevant claim;
• Toyal188 is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of your account by another party due to your negligence in safeguarding your password.

Toyal188 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy ours, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, service-related communications, KYC/AML compliance, and improving user experience. toyal188 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Toyal188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website. For significant changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via in-app notification or email to the registered address on your account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through the processes established under applicable Malaysian law.

Effective date of these terms: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.
